How the UAE registration works

Getting your Seychelles marriage recognised in the UAE involves four steps, all of which we handle for you:

Step 1: Apostille from the Seychelles Supreme Court. Issued 3-4 working day after your ceremony. Confirms the certificate is genuine.
Step 2: Attestation by the Seychelles Foreign Ministry. This is mandatory for UAE.
Step 3: UAE Embassy attestation in Seychelles. Since November 2018 this is mandatory. Takes 3 working days. We process this before you fly home. No need to visit the Seychelles embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Step 4: MOFA registration in Dubai. We register the marriage in UAE in coorperation with the UAE Embassy in Seychelles and the authorities in UAE. Nothing to do from your side.

Finally you receive a email confirming, that your marriage is officially registered in UAE.
