Landscape and Nature
The Seychelles atoll is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These are Aldabra – the largest raised coral atoll on earth, and the Vallée de Mai on the island of Praslin. The Seychelles archipelago is located in the Indian Ocean, about 1 600 kilometers from the African mainland. It consists of 32 mountainous islands (mainly made of granite). They constitute actual Seychelles.
There are also numerous smaller coral islands. These are called the Outer Islands. The islands of Seychelles are spread over a sea area of more than 450,000 km2.
Lonely beaches with white coral sand and turquoise, crystal-clear water pamper lovers and tourists alike. Romantic sunsets invite you to dream with your partner. It is particularly worth mentioning that neither poverty nor crime is at home in Seychelles. Furthermore, in this paradise with its exotic flair, there are no tropical diseases and no poisonous animals.
The 80,000 inhabitants do not practice agricultural overexploitation either. The capital of the small island state is Victoria – it is located on the island of Mahé. This is also the political and economic center of the archipelago. It is particularly noteworthy that there is only one traffic light in the capital. Some of the rarest animal and plant species on earth live in picturesque nature.

Honeymoon & Sailing in Seychelles
Discover picturesque, small bays and secret beaches while visiting the large islands of Mahé and La Digue or their small neighboring islands: Exploring Seychelles by catamaran or sailboat is one of the most popular holiday activities. Also, such a cruise is most beautiful when accompanied by a crew that not only reads your every wish from your eyes but also knows the interesting places in Seychelles.
Such trips are usually offered over several days and the season does not matter: you can sail in Seychelles all year round. Stronger winds blow from May to September with wind speeds of up to 20 knots, currents usually have a speed of between half a knot and one and a half knots.
If you prefer to set your own route, you can also simply charter a boat on your own. However, we advise you to get advice from experienced sailors beforehand. Or would you have known that it is better not to sail after sunset, but between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm, in order to be able to sail around the reef landscapes?

Topaz-blue waves ripple on the snow-white beach, the weather welcomes holidaymakers with a pleasantly warming sun and a bright blue sky.
